About the coffee:
This is the first coffee we ever roasted at Moxie! Dobota is produced by Tegene Ocholo in the Yirgacheffe Region of Ethiopia. From the moment we roasted it, it was obvious he'd taken incredible care of this coffee. A 4th generation coffee producer, Tegene and his family work tirelessly to create a coffee that sings of fruit notes, is remarkably balanced... a coffee we're drinking nonstop at the shop.
