What we're tasting:
A balanced, lightly bright espresso. Creamy and great for milk based drinks, but bright and flavorful enough for straight espresso.
About the coffee:
A blend of 60% Washed Guatemala and 40% Washed Ethiopia, you truly get the best of both worlds. The Guat brings notes of chocolate and nougat, while the Ethiopia brings its classic bitter orange peel that rounds the espresso with a touch of citrus.
