What we're tasting:
Lots of orange/nectarine, juicy white peach, and floral undertones.
About the coffee:
Grown in Central Guji at the Gogugu Bekaka washing station, this coffee is bright, fruity and floral (all the things we love in a Washed Ethiopia). Around 11 years ago, Kedir Jebril Imamu started the Gogugu Bekaka station, and the quality is some of the best we've seen from Ethiopia this year. It's lively and bright, but balanced and extremely clean. A note to home brewers: we like this coffee with a little heavier dose and a slightly coarser grind than our other coffees.
Producer: Multiple Producers
Notes: White Peach, Orange, Honeysuckle
