What we're tasting:
Blueberry, Cranberry, Light Florals

About the coffee:
From the town of Dambi Uddo in Western Guji, Ethiopia, this coffee is grown between 1,850 and 2,200 meters above sea level. The high elevation lends itself to a dense cherry packed with fruit notes.

The cherries are naturally processed on raised drying beds, turned frequently to prevent molding or uneven drying. The lack of defects in this coffee is a testament to the careful harvesting and processing at origin.

It’s been around two years since we’ve had a Guji on the menu! What we love about this coffee is the classic natural Ethiopia blueberry note that’s clean, not overdone, and not overripe.

There’s additional layers of cranberry that’s followed delicately by soft florals that round out the cup and speak to it’s complexity. As we’re drinking, we’re reminded of chocolate-dipped fruits and soft fresh florals.
