About the coffee:
A regional field blend from Inza, Cauca in Colombia. This coffee is made up from six different farms in Cauca. In this region, there’s a trend of cultivar planting and processing. Most farms are small, heavily represented with Caturra. Colombia and Typica are also mixed in.
Altitude ranges from 1500-2000 and cherries must be picked at peak ripeness and processed well to get into this field blend.
This is a well balanced Colombian coffee, featuring stone fruit (plum, peach) sweetness and hints of citrus and creamy dark chocolate. The coffee itself presents as bright and fruity on the front, and quickly evolves into a well-rounded everyday drinker.
We brew this frequently in the shop on drip, due to it’s wide range of flavor, structured body, and intense sweetness.
