What we're tasting:
We're tasting a rounded, well balanced coffee with notes of rustic dried fruit, bubble gum, and a soft sappy pine note.
About the coffee:
This particular lot is made up from coffee from Uraga and Yirgacheffe regions. Most of the farms are growing coffee at or above 2000 meters above sea level. Even through the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate the coffee, this coffee is still remarkable. The fruit notes pull through on filter and espresso.
