About the coffee:
Tumba is the embodiment of constant improvement and community buy-in. Venustre Mugraneza, a local teacher esteemed in the community, has been systemically improving the community mill over the past few years. Although the mill had previously battled some inconsistencies in their processing, that now appear to be a thing of the past. This coffee is incredibly balanced with rich fruited undertones, loads of sweetness, and a structured, lingering body.
