What was initially a short conversion in passing eventually turned into a growing partnership. He produces some of the finest Ethiopian coffees you’ll ever taste.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2021, one of his first years of producing coffee at his home village of Alo in Bensa, he won 1st Place in Ethiopia’s Cup of Excellence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis ALO coffee is the work of Tamiru Tadesse alongside a group of smallholder farmers from the Feficho area. At around 2400masl, the altitude helps produce very dense cherries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ripest cherries are picked, immediately stripped and washed to promote a very clean profile. This lot is intensely fruit forward, juicy and lightly floral.
