Many of them are too funky\/fermenty for our preference. ALO and other super specialty groups in Ethiopia are doing an increasingly better job at nailing these coffees, and this one’s no exception.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s intensely juicy with purple fruits and bright acidity. There’s a lively acidity when the cup’s hot and the fruit juices evolve as the cup cools.
