About the coffee:
This sugarcane process decaf comes to us from Forest Coffee in Tolima, Colombia. We love the EA decaf process because the flavors resemble a typical coffee so closely.
In particular, we love the balance of this decaf coffee. It’s dynamic in flavor, with soft notes of dried plum, a rugged torched sugar sweetness, and a creamy milk chocolate body.
It works great for both espresso and filter coffee.
