What we're tasting:
We're tasting light tropical fruit with a subtle brightness we rarely find in decaf. There’s dense sweetness and cacao from start to finish.
About the coffee:
This sugarcane process decaf is not only our favorite process for decaf (because it allows such transparency into the actual flavor of the coffee), but it also is a Tabi micro lot emit extraordinary quality. This is a decaf that doesn’t really taste much like decaf at all.
