About the coffee:
Jamison Savage is a former financier who moved to Panama and built Finca Deborah on the slopes of Volcán Barú. He's spent years on experimental processing and is one of the most recognized Geisha producers working today.

The Savage family relocated to the Volcán region of Chiriquí in 2008, an area known for the conditions Geisha needs: high altitude, volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and consistent shade. His coffees place regularly at competition and are sourced by roasters worldwide.

Echo is a washed Geisha processed with carbonic maceration. Whole cherries are infused with cascara and sealed under CO2 pressure before the washed finish. We taste tangerine, white grape, and florals like honeysuckle and rose. The fermentation adds depth and layers to the cup without covering the floral character of the Geisha.

This is sold in 80g tins, perfect for five 16g cups.
