She didn’t know we’d purchased that coffee spot from an importer in Europe, and was delighted to taste her coffee in a new cafe. From there, we chatted and a meaningful relationship blossomed. Since her son lives in the Phoenix area, we get to enjoy a coffee with them 1-2x a year in the cafe.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat jumped off the table about this coffee was the uniqueness of the florals. At 1930 masl and with pristine fermentation and processing, this is as clean as they come.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUp front, we taste delicate white stone fruit notes and as the cup begins to cool, the lemongrass comes out. When approaching room temperature the cup gets intensely floral.
