This coffee is near perfect. It’s undergone truly rare coffee processing, but it’s been done in a very controlled way that doesn’t overdo it. The fruit notes are popping: strawberry blossom and orange acidity is juicy and vibrant. The purple grape note is a nod to the fermentation that gives this coffee a beautiful touch of complexity, without overly impacting the natural flavors that exist in this Pink Bourbon.
