About the coffee:
Norman Castellano's passion for specialty coffee was developed and strengthened by his father, who started preparing specialty coffee more than 12 years ago. About five years ago, Norman began growing his own micro-lots of specialty coffee.

We sourced this coffee from Norman through Bonaventure, a new coffee project that aims to create long-term relationships between coffee roasters & producers.

The Pacas varietal is a mutation from Bourbon and is often characterized by a unique mouthfeel.

In tasting, we were struck by the coffee’s velvety mouthfeel. There’s stone fruit and tropical fruit in the cup, and the creamy chocolate finish develops nicely as the cup cools. A well balanced everyday drinking coffee.
