High scoring gesha whose anaerobic fermentation accentuates all of the fruit notes. The plum and grapefruit are the hero, while the florals elevate as the cup cools.
About the coffee:
This coffee features all the fruit and floral we love in a gesha, while also having a unique fermentation (anaerobic) that elevates the intensity of the fruit notes. When brewing on pourover, we taste complex fruit cocktail (plum and grapefruit) that's followed by florals (jasmine). All of that combines for a remarkably complex cup that delivers a fun drinking experience.
